The space The property is situated in Anglesey's county town, Llangefni. It is ideally situated within a few minutes walk of village amenities, and within a 10 minute walk of the local nature reserve, The Dingle. Lon Las Cefni Cycleway can be accessed within a 5 minute walk from the property. The property is within a couple minutes drive from the A55 expressway, which is the dual carriageway that connects Anglesey to the mainland. The property is a 15 minute drive from Red Wharf Bay, Benllech, and Menai Bridge, and within a 20 minute drive from Aberffraw and Rhosneigir. Anglesey and its surrounding area consist of stunning beaches, spectacular mountain scenery, and an abundance of outdoor adventure activities. The property is ideally placed to explore Anglesey and is only a short drive back to the mainland to enjoy everything that North Wales has to offer. The property is set over two-stories. The ground floor consists of a kitchen, utility area, living room, conservatory/dining area, a toilet room, and a shower room. The first floor consists of one bedroom with a double bed, one bedroom with two single beds, one bedroom with one single bed and one pull-out single bed, and one bathroom including a toilet, basin and shower. A travel cot and highchair are available upon request. There is an enclosed patio area at the front of the property which consists of a barbecue and patio furniture. The property is situated in a quiet and remote area of Llangefni. The rear of the property is facing a petrol forecourt, which is at a higher level than the property, maintaining the property’s privacy. Beyond the front of the property is the rear yard of the forecourt. The outside of the property can be seen in the images. This holiday home has been decorated and furnished to a high standard throughout, and can accommodate up to six people. There are two private parking spaces situated near the property.
