Self-contained studio with continental breakfast

Our studio flat is part of our home but has a private entrance and is self-contained. It is up a flight of stairs. It is a light space with separate shower room, desk area, a double and a single bed, a fridge, kettle and toaster but no cooking facility. I provide tea, coffee, milk and fruit juice plus a continental breakfast of cereals, home-made bread, home-made jam/marmalade, yogurt, fruit, cheese. Its location on the A61 south of Sheffield is good for access to the M1 and Derbyshire Peaks. The space Our studio has a double bed and a single bed, a dining table, 3 dining chairs, an armchair and a desk area. There is a fridge for the use of guests. We are sorry that the cooker and washing machine are not available for guests. There is space for one car on our drive for overnight parking. Bikes can be left indoors in the downstairs passage. I have said I will accommodate 3 guests but only if they are one family. A child over 5 years old should be counted as a guest. Guest access Guests can use the whole studio and the corridor and stairs which access the studio. Other things to note Please note that the cooker and washing machine are not available for the use of guests. We live on a main road. There is double glazing but morning commuter traffic might be disturbing if you want to sleep in!
