Rental unit in Les Orres

Hello and welcome to our listing. Our apartment at the foot of the slopes is located in the "Horizon" building in Les Orres 1650 m, it was refurbished in 2019. Two slopes are available to you, a green one towards a chairlift (ideal beginner/child) and a red one towards a ski lift. Facing south, it has soothing views of the mountains and the lake. Located 5 minutes from the center of the resort, you will enjoy activities, shops, restaurants while remaining in a quiet area. The space Tastefully decorated, we wanted to keep the mountain spirit with parquet and wooden furniture. For your comfort, the bathroom has been refurbished 5 floors with elevator, the building entrance is located on the 4th floor. Exit to slopes 2nd floor Wearing ski boots is strictly forbidden in the building. They must be held in hand until you reach the ski locker. Trays in the apartment are provided to put your shoes on. Regarding the bedding you need to bring: 160 x 200 double bed and 260 x 240 cm duvet 90 x 190 cm bunk bed and 140 x 200 cm duvets (top bed prohibited for children under 6 years old) Storage bed 90 x 190 Guest access Locking of the building access door after a certain time (9 p.m. - 9 a.m.).
