A tranquil indoor-outdoor living space ideal for couples or business travelers. The stylish studio opens up onto a large patio with braai. Enjoy our long summers outdoors! The studio has a separate entrance from the main house. Queen bed with open walk-in shower & separate toilette . It has fiber WI-FI, full DSTV, a tiny kitchenette with tea/coffee facilities, toaster, microwave, fridge & single induction plate. Secure onsite parking. We have 2 Small dogs for added security. The space The studio is ideal for two people. Important Notes: Please bear in mind this is a family home which is connected to the studio. The Studio offers some privacy, however please don't book our studio if you are looking for a passionately wild romantic breakaway. The Studio has a small kitchenette and dishes can be washed in the water basin in the toilette room. The studio is suited for quick, simple meals but not for full "home cooking" as space is limited. Guest access We are based in the town of Somerset West. Maps and GPS refer to our town as part of Cape Town. However, we are situated about 50 km away from Cape Town CBD and in the middle of the popular winelands of the Cape Region. When taking the high-way into Cape Town, it takes about 40 minutes (outside of peak-hour traffic). We are ideally located - close to popular restaurants and wine farms - 15 minutes' drive to the beach, and shopping at Somerset Mall - 20 minutes' drive to Stellenbosch - 30 minutes' drive to Cape Town International Airport - 40 minutes' drive from Cape Town CBD Other things to note We have 2 small dogs on the property. They are great for security and cuddles! CCTV on the property for added security. We have set-up a solar panel system with batteries and inverter that is fully operational.
