The space Quiet, between sea and mountain – South Corsica The Pietri Gîte welcomes you to Olivese, a small village perched in the heart of the Taravo Valley, 40 minutes from the Gulf of Valinco. The place is ideal for discovering southern Corsica, between beaches, rivers and hikes. Rooms are simple and comfortable, with wooden furniture, mountain views and free Wi-Fi. The shared bathrooms (2 showers and 2 toilets per floor) are shared and cleaned daily. Self check-in using a key box on the door of each room (code sent the day before). Check-in from 4:30 p.m. – Check-out before 11 a.m. Breakfast (€8) and evening meals (from €16) are served 50 meters away, at Café Saint-Georges, in a simple and friendly atmosphere. A quiet place to relax and enjoy nature. Other things to note The beaches of Propriano, Ajaccio or Porticcio are 45 minutes away by car. The famous Cuscione plateau (GR20 stage) is 20 km away. The Aiguilles de Bavella are about 1.5 hours away. The only ski resorts in Corsica, Ghisoni and Val d'Ese are just over an hour away.
