The office has a 2-meter-length couch that becomes a bed (twin sized). Available at request is a baby/toddler Pack 'n Play portable bed. Guests will have access to the main house and its surrounding areas. Parking garage access can be discussed in case you are renting a car. You can always park the car in front of the house. +++We usually have some kids toys available at the house, but there is no expectation that guests will get to use all of the toys in the pictures. Kid cars and bicycles in particular are locked in storage and not available. +++One thing to note about guest access is that the entire property has a detached studio (single room, single bathroom) in the back of the property that is currently being rented and occupied by someone that works during the day. They have no access to the house mentioned here for rent. I also included a picture to show how this is located on the back of the property. The studio renter parks their car in the single covered garage on the side of the property. Limited Interaction with Guests unless you have a question or need help. Quiet, safe, middle-class neighborhood in a suburb of Nicosia, only a few minutes driving from Nicosia city center. Close to highways to get to the beach quickly via car (Larnaka 30 minutes, Agia Napa 45 minutes) Within 5 minute walking distance you can find the bus lines that can take you straight to Nicosia city center. Look at the bus routes 140 and 259 that come very near the house. Solomos square is the central bus area for Nicosia.
