Rental unit in Saint-Jean-d'Aulps

This stunning apartment is located on the piste of Saint-Jean d’Aulps ski station and offers spectacular views . It is within close proximity to restaurants, family-friendly activities and beautiful scenery, making it ideal for a summer vacation. It is easily accessed by car or train from Geneva or Chambery airport and it is well positioned for exploring Switzerland, France and Italy. It is located within ten to fifteen minutes drive of other well knows resorts such as Morzine and Le Gets. The space There are two double bedrooms (one which has a new alpine double sofa bed with a large single bunk bed above it), two bathrooms, a good sized living area which has recently been upgraded and a large expansive balcony with mountain views. There is also an area which can be closed off with two alpine single bunk beds build into the hall, which is perfect for children. Guest access You have access to the entire apartment. As part of the rental you also get access to a private parking space (number 89) a bike cellar outside the front of the apartment if you want to rent bikes or have your own and also a ski cave ( number 35 on level 2 of the block ) for the winter. There is a separate key for the cellar and cave kept in the apartment. The ski cave is found opposite apartment 16 on level 2 of the building. You will need to take the lift on the lower side of the building not the top side to get to level 2. Alternatively you can take the main lift down to level 3 and then walk to the other side of the building and walk down one flight. Please look after the keys. They are security coded and therefore very expensive to get recut. If you lose a key the cost of replacement is 80 Euros. Other things to note Please note that the main building will be open. To find the apartment take the lift to the 8th floor and it is number 89. There is a safety deposit box outside the front door which in which the keys for the apartment, ski locker and bike cellar can be found. I will send you the code once the booking has been confirmed. Please can you return the keys to the box and reset the combination on departure. We have employed a change over company to clean the apartment and change the sheets before arrival. A cleaning fee has been included in your booking. Your booking also includes sheets and towels which will be provided upon arrival. This will be collected by the change over company after you check out. There is a washing machine in the apartment or you can use a dry cleaner at the Carrefour, which can be found nearby on the road to Morzine in Les Champs if you need to. It is very quick and cheap. We would be grateful if you could convert the bed back into the sofa before you depart. You will find instruction in the apartment for doing this. It is easiest to lift the bed up from the middle and it will slide along on the wheels. Please turn the water on when you arrive and turn it off when you depart. There will be plenty of hot water. For the summer there is no need to turn the heating on.
