Old Dairy is a private self contained annex attached to a family home, Holly house (own access door). Situated down a quarter of a mile single track green lane (Not appropriate for low chassised cars). Located on a 4 acre small holding, with chickens, sheep, goats and 3 cats. Backing onto Wentwood forest. Wentwood is the perfect place to explore on foot or bicycle with public footpath access on the doorstep. The space The Old Dairy offers a cosy hideaway after a day exploring a magnificent area. With many local attraction, and easy access to major cities like Cardiff and Bristol. There is a small fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar, dishwasher, oven with a hob, small fridge with freezer compartment and microwave. This leads into a Sitting/dining space located with in a conservatory area opening out onto the patio. In this area there is a dining table with 6 chairs, sofa bed, large TV with free sat box and Netflix access. The master bedroom has large windows covering 2 of the walls looking out onto the small holding and garden. The second bedroom leads off of the master bedroom and consists of bunk beds. There is a shower room leading off the second bedroom. Heating consists of underfloor heating in the 2 bedrooms and electric heaters in the other rooms. A great little hideaway. Guest access - Keysafe access to private entrance at back of property. - Parking space outside of property. - Detailed directions on check in information. - Guests can also have use of the garage for storing bikes, canoes or any other large kit requiring storage upon request. - A power washer is available at request.
