Come enjoy the peace and quiet of the Texas Hill Country, while relaxing in the cool waters of the Dry Frio River. This cabin is nestled under a canopy of live oak trees with just short walk to the river. The Dry Frio River gets its name from the fact that the spring fed river meanders under the rocks at times, giving the appearance of a dry creek bed. This means the water is always cold, even in the hot summer months! The space The air-conditioned cabin has a simple, rustic feeling. The family room has high ceilings and a comfy sectional sofa. The fully equipped kitchen has an electric stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, blender, and plenty of cookware. The cozy master bedroom has a stone fireplace, a queen-size bed and direct access to the spacious bathroom with a lovely claw foot bathtub/shower. There is loft area with two full-size beds and a beautiful view of the huge live oak trees. Outside there is ample seating on the covered porch and around the fire-pit. A charcoal grill is available for those outdoor cook outs.
