Recently renovated NON-SMOKING studio, 36 m2 with mezzanine, 100 m from the "République" metro. High ceiling, charming marble fireplace (not used) and beautiful wooden cupboards. Bright with large French windows in a student/family building. NETFLIX! Amazon Prime Video and cable TV available. 5-minute walk to Rue de Béthune, cinema, bars and restaurants in a lively neighborhood. All types of shops and supermarkets available on Rue Leon Gambetta. The space NO SMOKING - FEE OF 100 euros TO BE PAID IF NOT RESPECTED Located on the first floor, without elevator, but only 1 staircase to access the apartment. - Comfortable sofa bed in the main area and table with chairs for 4 people - TV with Netflix, Amazon Prime Video and Freebox, chair and lamp for reading - Storage space for luggage and coats, where you can find an ironing board and iron and hangers - Double bed on mezzanine convertible into 2 single beds or 1 single bed for more space, bedside table with drawers and a lamp each, small desk with chair + lamp - Functional bathroom (low ceiling) with bathtub, hairdryer, organic 2-in-1 shampoo/shower gel and cotton pads. Please note: the total height is 2 m, the bathroom being under the mezzanine, so the shower head is 1.60 m high (tall people must hold the handle) - Fully equipped open kitchen with microwave grill, filter coffee machine, toaster and kettle. Coffee, sugar, tea, olive oil, vinegar, salt and pepper are provided (+ a small candy) - Washing machine PLEASE NOTE: very steep staircase to access the mezzanine, not suitable for small children to stay alone or for elderly people with reduced mobility Given the current situation, we are adapting to safety measures. Masks must be worn on the street of the establishment, and we recommend that you use them until you enter the apartment. Alcohol solution is available at the apartment and other disinfectant products.
