Fisherman's house on an arm of the sea

This holiday home is located in a quiet and very preserved little corner of Brittany, on the Côte d 'Armor. It overlooks the Trieux, whose edges are magnificent and lead to the Bréhat archipelago. We have been renting it since 2003. The space Inside, the decor is simple and neat. The ground floor includes a large kitchen, open to the living room on one side, on the other a small winter backyard on the other. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms, a bathroom and a separate toilet. The garden is a large plot of 4000 m2, above the Trieux (inlets), accessible on foot by a small path to walk in the woods. The house is at the end a small cul-de-sac. You can hear the sound of a stream, and in the sound background, the singing of seagulls and boats. Plenty of space and tranquility for young and old. The house is comfortable summer and winter, thanks to good central heating, and optimal exposure, facing south and terrace sheltered from the prevailing west winds.
