The space A wonderful villa just 40 meters from the beach of Tserdakia and 400 meters from Golden Beach, one of the most beautiful beaches in Paros. Villa Maria was completely remodeled in 2011. It is built in a traditional Greek style, in the colors of blue and white, embellished by lovely gardens and with a beautiful view of the sea. Living Room & Kitchen Villa Maria is ideal for a family holiday or a holiday with friends as it can accommodate up to 8 people. The whole design of the house is centered around a spacious living room with a large dining table, a cozy corner fireplace and a relaxing sofa that opens onto a large shaded terrace with uniterrupted sea views follow through the entire front of the villa. The kitchen is fully equipped with all modern appliances, ideal for exploring delicious traditional Greek recipes which you can find in the recipe book which we have created for you and is available in the Villa. Most of our guests tell us how much they have enjoyed spending time with friends and family cooking locally sourced food and recipes, and eating in at the large outdoors dinning table in the front shaded terrace by the views of the sea and sunset. Bedroom & Bathroom The first 2 rooms, 1 double and 2 twin beds room, are located at the sides of the living room with direct access to the terrace and with sea view. A staircase at the rear of the living room leads to third double bed room, with its own ensuite, private balcony with uninterrupted sea view. The staircase also leads to a large private deck with comfortable cushioned benches and sunbeds, offering the ultimate relaxation experience of watching the sun set over the Aegean blue sea with a glass of wine or staring at the stars while listing to the sound of the waves at night. All bedrooms are en suite and air – conditioned for the hot summer days. True to our Greek roots and traditions, we love families and want to be able to accomodate all your needs. Villa Maria offers a fully equipped baby crib/bed available for babies and small children aging between 0-4 years old. Exterior There is spacious terrace with direct access from the living room and the 2 bedrooms and a wonderful see view. The pergola provides shade throughout the day making an ideal place to enjoy your meals.
