The house is on a 2000 m2 plot of land with flowers, trees, enclosed with private parking, all guarded by Charles, our caretaker. The air-conditioned villa has a private entrance, 1 living room, 1 kitchen, 4 separate bedrooms and 4 walk-in shower rooms, dressing room and hairdryer. In the fully equipped indoor kitchen there is a stove, fridge, cooking utensils and oven. The villa also has a barbecue. This spacious villa is equipped with a washing machine, coffee machine and a seating area with TV. The whole house is air-conditioned. The accommodation offers 4 king size beds, each bedroom has its own bathroom: 3 bedrooms on the ground floor and 1 bedroom upstairs. Each bedroom has its own air conditioning and mosquito net. The villa is secured 24/7 thanks to our caretaker who lives in his house located on the same land as the villa. The price includes the services of the caretaker and the maid/cook. The housekeeper/cook comes every day from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. and ensures the cleanliness of the villa. She can also prepare local dishes for you. Outside, you will find a large covered terrace of 60 m2 and an outdoor kitchen directly overlooking the pool, its 6 deckchairs and the garden. The price does NOT include electricity for air conditioning (electricity is included for all appliances). For air conditioning, there is a separate meter (in the house) that will indicate your consumption and the caretaker will give you the price to pay (with receipt). Depending on your use of air conditioning, the approximate price is 10,000 XOF or €30 for a week. From the villa, you can walk to the local market (daily), the typical village of Ngaparou, its beach and some shops. I have also prepared a binder with some recommendations for activities to do on site, and I am at your disposal if necessary.
