Ethan House is set on a large 2 acre site with mature gardens & magnificent views of the surrounding mountains; guests can enjoy the tranquil surroundings after a busy day sight-seeing. We live there also in our own private suite. We do not impinge on your privacy. The space Ethan Cottage is a one bedroom cottage at the rear of the main house. It has its own private entrance lane, private parking, and looks directly onto the main garden. It has spectacular views of Torc and Mangerton mountains. The cottage is very private, and is located about 150 meters away from the road....ideal for relaxing. It can sleep up to 5 people as follows: three single beds in the main bedroom and a double bed in the alcove in the lounge area. The cottage is modern yet charming, bright and south-facing. It has everything you will need for a comfortable stay • Comfortable beds (1 double and 3 singles) • Large bathroom •A spacious sitting room with flat screen TV •A fully equipped kitchen/diner with all conveniences; cooker, fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine & dryer •Kitchen Utensils & Crockery are provided •Key items such as tea,coffee,sugar,salt, pepper and cooking oil are provided •Bed Linen provided •Towels Provided •No additional costs such as electricity or cleaning The cottage can comfortably accommodate up to 5 guests. Listed price is based on 4 guests (€15 per night for additional guest) The cottage is just a five-minute drive to Killarney town center, with its vibrant atmosphere and many pubs, restaurants and shops! The location is ideal for both a quiet, relaxing break away from it all, or an activity holiday with several famous golf courses nearby as well as options for angling, fly fishing, hill walking, cycling, canoeing, horse-riding and orienteering. During your stay As the cottage is self-catering there will be minimal interaction during your stay as I respect your privacy. However, I am always happy to assist guests in any way or provide advice - please feel free to call me anytime during your stay if you need to. Other things to note Please note: This is a No Smoking, No Pets, property. Note 1 Please note that there is a 5th unit at the property where I live with my family. I make sure not to impinge on your privacy as I have my own private entrance set quite a distance away from your own private entrances. However I am very happy to be of assistance in any way during your stay should you see me pottering around.
