Villa Miloniana is a lovely 5-bedroom villa,located at Moloniana village only 5.5 km of the center of Chania and very close to the most of the best island's beaches.Built in a 1200sqm private plot,surrounded by olive grove is offering complete privacy.Villa miloniana is an ideal place for summer or winter vacation as it is also located extremely close to Omalos mountain and Therissos village,which are both appropriate for winter trips. The space The house was built in 2005 just 7 km from the center of Chania but so far enouhg away from "civilization"to be peacefull and quite. It is 240 sqm decorated with carefully selected furnishings that compine modern comfort with style and elegance.The outdoor space with the private pool, the luxurious bbq area, the garden with the palm trees,the unstopable view to the white mountains,create a unique environment for a pleasant stay. Guest access Τhe villa is built in 4 levels,consisting of 2 floors which are connected by a wooden staircase. Ground floor:At the first level there is a fully equipped kitchen with a dinning table for 9 persons and a comfortable living (URL HIDDEN) the second level there is a wc, a large living room with a marble fireplace which is linked to a large terrace,with wonderful view to the garden and the colourful (URL HIDDEN) the third level there are three bedrooms. The master bedroom consisting of a king size bed, cloak room, air condition, flat tv and a private balcony. In the second bedroom there is a double bed,air condition, flat tv, big closet.In the third bedroom there are two single beds,air condition, flat tv, big closet.The two rooms share a balcony with a table sitting for 4 persons. In the same level you will find a bathroom with a hydromassage tub. First floor:There is a bedroom with a king size bed, air condition and flat tv, wc, large living room with office area, gym, balcony with panoramic view to the garden, the olive grove and the Cretan mountains. One more single bed is provided at "ontas" area, which is the highest floor. Other things to note In the exterior there is the private church of Saint Rafail which is available to all our quests.
