Our apartment is a peaceful place to stay while visiting Lisbon, and it's positioned perfectly to travel all around town, because of its proximity to the subway and other means of transportation. It is well equipped and full of natural light, with a cozy balcony. The space The apartment has a living room with kitchenette, a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower, a small laundry room and a balcony, being suitable for 2 guests. The living room has a sofa and a dining table. The bedroom has a double bed and a wardrobe. The kitchenette is equipped with a fridge, stove, oven, microwave, filter coffee machine, toaster and utensils for making meals and drinks. In the laundry room you can find a washing machine, iron and ironing board. The apartment has bed linen, towels, WIFI, TV, and hair dryer. The minimum stay is two nights. Check-in starts at 3 pm and guests are required to check out by noon (12 pm). If the apartment is free on the day of your arrival or on the day of your departure there may be flexibility with these hours. Smoking, parties or noisy events are not allowed in the apartment, and it is not suitable for pets. It is allowed to smoke in the balcony. There is a cleaning fee of 20 euros.
