Located five minutes walk from Laburnum Train Station, or a five minute drive to Box Hill's fine dining and shopping, Hillside House is the perfect suburban holiday destination. The space It has 4 bedroom and one sitting area / dining area attached to a kitchen, convenient & beautifully presented. It has a spacious back yard for children to safely play and ideal for families looking for a place to stay in a very quiet & safe neighbourhood. All creature comforts are contained within the cosy home and visitors are bound enjoy the comforts & surroundings. Guest access The house provides free WiFi, a flat-screen TV in the living area and one of the bed rooms and Blu-ray player are featured. A separate laundry is available for use and has a washing machine / dryer for customer's use. Washing line is also provided on the grounds Other things to note Laundry room is at the bottom on the house and has a self contained washing machine / dryer for use. The living room / dining / kitchen area is equipped with an air conditioner for customer's use as well as one other bed room. Two of our other room are equipped with fans.
