Both the kitchen and living room open beautifully into the private courtyard, each featuring two sets of double doors that create a seamless flow between indoor comfort and outdoor relaxation. Perfect for al fresco dining or simply unwinding. The Friary is just a 15 minute walk to Seatown beach and coast paths and you’re within easy reach of many other beaches and local towns like Lyme Regis and Bridport. The Friary kitchen and living areas are generous, with plenty of room to cook, eat, and relax together. Bedrooms are flexible and comfortable, making the house well suited to a range of group setups. Whether you’re coming back from a day on the coast or spending a slower day at home, The Friary is set up to make everything feel easy. The Anchor pub at Seatown on the beach (15 mins walk) The George Inn is just up the road (8 mins walk) 15 minute walk to Seatown beach and coast paths Convenience shop (Spar) with post office and car charging parking spaces (5 mins walk) Easy access to Lyme Regis, Bridport and West Bay Guest access The whole house and patio area with parking to the side of the fenced, private courtyard. Please note that if you wish to bring a well behaved dog, as there is no grass area, we kindly ask that you take your dog outside of the courtyard and not allow them to ‘do their business’ in the courtyard. There is access to a pathway and field just across the Clock Inn car park less than 30 seconds away. Other things to note The house is accessed via a road to the side of the village pub, The Clock Inn. The Friary’s position behind the pub (through the parking area) means much less road noise than many other properties on the main road.
