Walk to the Beach

My home is tucked away opposite a walking track along the creek to the beach. It is an 8 minute easy walk. The room is part of my house but is very private with its own entrance, an ensuite bathroom, and a small private outside sitting area. I have 2 dogs - Pip and Blue. Pip is a Gordon Setter and Blue is an English Setter. They have their own yard but they will be so excited to see you that they will bark. The space The room has a very comfy Queen Bed and Smart TV. It also has a small fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle and sandwich press. Tea, coffee milk and sugar provided Guest access The room has its own entrance and is part of my house but completely separate from it. Guests can access the room through my front garden. My dogs will bark! During your stay Because of the dogs I like to know when you plan to arrive. Happy to offer any help you need during your stay Other things to note There is air con but the room has a ceiling fan and is incredibly cool in summer even on the hottest days. Whilst the room is separate from my house, it is attached and there may be minimal but normal house hold noise
