Our hotel features fully self-check-in, with online support till 12 midnight, so even late arrivals can check in with confidence. Just one stop from Ueno Station, a 10-minute walk to Ameya-Yokocho, 12 minutes to Keisei Ueno Station, and 15 minutes to Ueno Park. The space Thank you for choosing Moto Hotel Ueno, one of the apartment hotels we have in Ueno area. This facility has only five apartments in total with one apartment on each floor. We also operate other apartment hotels in the Asakusa and Shinjuku areas. This apartment is located on the ground floor. 1. Self check-in: There is no front desk at this property (housekeepers are on site). 2. Housekeeping: Not provided daily. ( 5 times in a week. Includes trash collection, bed-making, and towel exchange.) 3. Linen change: Bed linens are replaced for stays of 4 nights or longer. 4. Laundry room: Located on the 1st floor. One washing machine: coin-operated (JPY 400 per load, detergent dispensed automatically) One dryer: free of charge Support Information: Online support: 8:00 AM – 12:00 AM Late-night support: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM (available 6 days per week) Guest access Daily housekeeping and change the towels every day. Early check in fee is JPY 1000/an hour.
