Built with great care in the large outbuilding of Maison Peyroy, the CoMic cottage offers you a haven of peace on 136 m2. Eight people can enjoy the large living room with its fitted kitchen, the 4 bedrooms (including one on the ground floor), the 2 bathrooms, a separate toilet, and a laundry room without forgetting the beautiful mezzanine to relax. Possibility to practice astronomy on the premises. The space The whole cottage is designed for peace and relaxation. During the renovation, we kept all the character of this place. You have to visit it to soak up the atmosphere. Guest access - Coming from Maubourguet, head towards Lembeye, then at the crossroads in Vidouze, turn left towards the Arriagosse D48 district, cross the next crossroads and go straight ahead and 1 km later at the next crossroads you are there, right across the street (wooden "Alaviedouce" sign hanging from a tree). - Coming from Lembeye, as you approach Vidouze, take the first right that goes uphill towards the church/town hall/post office/school and continue straight on this road towards the Arriagosse district until you reach the intersection of “Cami d'Arriagosse” and “Cami de la Marlère,” where you will see the sign “Alaviedouce” on your right, along with the long access road leading to the Peyroy house. - Two possible entrances: via the Cami de la Marlère (preferably used in rainy weather) or via the Cami d'Arriagosse, and then directly to the right onto the dirt road that goes straight up to the house, which is the easiest route, especially at night.
