Beautiful Flat in Kings Cross, Zone 1

This beautiful 1 bed flat is located right in the centre of London, 5 minutes walk from Kings Cross Station and Euston station, and 15 minutes walk from Camden and the British Museum. Located in a lovely quiet residential area but only a stones throw away from some of London's biggest attractions. We have recently started using Airbnb again for the first time since 2022, so don't be alarmed by slightly out-of-date reviews! The space When we are not hosting we live in the flat, so it has everything you need for your stay! The flat has underfloor heating throughout and ultra-fast wifi. It also has a washing machine/dryer which guests are welcome to use. Kitchen and Living Room: is semi-open plan, with one leading onto the other. The kitchen is fully-fitted with a fridge-freezer, coffee machine, dishwasher and all utensils. The Living room has a 4 seater sofa, which opens up into a double sofa-bed. There is a 52inch flat screen television, which comes with Netflix. There is also a dining table and chairs for up to 4 people to sit and eat at. Bedroom: Double bed with 2 bedside tables (and 1 bedside lamp), there is a fully fitted floor to ceiling chest of drawers/wardrobe with a window seat and cushions, as well as a stand-alone wardrobe. We will always leave guests space in the wardrobe and the drawers to unpack their clothing. Bathroom: Comes with a full-size bathtub (candles optional!) and power shower. The flat is on the ground floor and located in an apartment block with a central garden, which guests are free to use. Other things to note Unfortunately smoking is not permitted in the flat. However, you are free to smoke outside the front door in the courtyard. The apartment block is home to a number of families, so please try to keep noise down after 10pm.
