Downstairs half bath with toilet and pedestal sink. Our sunset facing patio deck has various seating options for meals or just lounging. Deck includes seating, hot tub (serviced weekly) and BBQ. The dock has space to tie up your ski boat or jet skis (owner’s boat and jet-ski are not included in home rental). Two spaces to park in the driveway will be available for guests, plus some street parking. One driveway spot is reserved for owners' vehicles that remain on the property. Garage is private for owner use and storage. Starlink satellite internet services the home, please note that Starlink is in Beta mode so it may occasionally drop service for a few seconds until it picks up the next satellite. House rules: Be courteous and respectful of our neighbors at all times. Many of them live here year round, ensuring they are treated well is a priority for us. No loud music after 9 pm or before 8 am. No parties. No pets. No smoking or drugs, including no marijuana. The owner's boat, jet ski and boat lift are not available for guest use. Fireplace is only for aesthetic purposes and may not be used. All houses on the water are in “No Wake” zones, please be mindful as children often play in the bays. We have deck and dock cameras for safety purposes which may not be disconnected at any time. Disconnecting or covering the cameras will be considered a violation of house rules and will be subject to immediate cancellation of reservation. PARENTS AND FAMILY ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR CHILDREN'S SAFETY AT ALL TIMES. No children allowed on the dock without adult supervision. Note that this is a family second home and we do use it frequently. Some personal belongings will be present in the home. FAQ & Suggestions to maximize your stay: Guests can tie up their own watercraft which can be launched from the Yacht Club, approximately 10 mins away via the water. Gas is also available there. Bring your own fishing poles, inflatable water toys or water craft to maximize use of the bay. Inflatable water toys are a really easy way to enjoy the water lifestyle. Other things to note The house is clean and spacious with a beautiful deck and lots of amenities. We want guests to be able to relax and enjoy the house and the location. Guests are welcome to use the paddle boat, kayak and inflatables at their own risk. There is a hot tub on the deck.
