For your first breakfast we are offering coffee/tea/milk/jam/chocolate cream/biscuits. The space The house is located in a small 8 apartment building. With a surface of approx. 85 m2 it offers you a modern and fully furnished kitchen, a luxurious bathroom, a big and cozy living room with a bow window on the lagoon and two bedrooms (double and single). One bed is also equipped with side protections for small children. ideal solution for a group of 4 adults + 1 child. The finishes are precious marble, Venetian stucco, wooden floors and modern and antique furniture combined together. The apartment is equipped with every comfort and suitable for every need: for couples looking for a romantic journey, a group of friends, families with children (up to 5 beds available). Guest access You can easily reach it ONLY with public transportation (vaporetto stop Palanca lines 2, 4.1, 4.2) and taxi (the water stop is close by). JOURNEY TIME BY VAPORETTO: - from Santa Lucia train station to Palanca: ca.15 min (line nr. 4.1) , 30 min. line nr. 2 - from Piazzale Roma to Palanca: ca. 15 min (nr. 4.1) , 30 min. (nr. 2) - from St.Mark's Square to Palanca: ca. 15 min - from Rialto Bridge to Palanca: ca. 30 min (by vaporetto and foot) - from Zattere to Palanca: ca. 3 min (just to cross the canal) TIMETABLE: Vaporetto services from/to S.Mark and Railways Station/Piazzale Roma/Tronchetto parking are available every 10 min. from 5 am and during the whole day - every 20 min. from 8pm till 00,30 - and every hour during the night till 5 am. Other things to note If I do not receive a special request the beds will be prepared only for the host numbers indicated in the booking. Our venetian friend is available to welcome you at the apartment from 3pm till 8pm; if you arrive later, between 8pm and 12pm, a 20€ extra charge will be applied and paid directly when you receive the keys. For very late arrivals after 12pm an extra of 50,00 € shall be considered and has to be agreed in advance . Special requests must be received at least 3 days before arrival. Bed Linens, towels, dishes, cutlery, glasses and cookware are provided - and also pepper - salt - sugar - oil - vinegar -coffee/tea/ jam , biscuits, milk- shower gel and shampoo. Furthermore, in Venice the tap water is fresh and good and you can drink it without problem. We kindly ask our guests to walk without shoes in the house.
