Our property locates on the beautiful hinterland of the Sunshine Coast. It is in a quiet position with spectacular Mary Valley views and beautiful sunset. Birdlife & wildlife surround with the house and cottage. Rainforest bush walks on our private property. It is just 8 minutes to Maleny and half-hour drive to beach at Caloundra,but far enough away to enjoy country living! The space The cute cottage is designed for comfort and relaxing. The lounge room has a TV, Radio and books/magazines/Netflix for your enjoyment. The bedroom has a queen size bed with fresh bed linen.The sofa bed in the lounge room is for extra 2 family members.[There is a surcharge to covers the cost of cleaning for extra guests / extra sofa bed.] The kitchen is set up for self catering and has a microwave,4 slice sandwich press,kettle , toaster and dishes /cutlery. The kitchen has tea, coffee, biscuits , muesli and milk provided. [There is no cooking stove and oven in the kitchen.] The bathroom is a clean and sunny place, Shampoo & Soap and clean towels are provided. It also has a washing machine.A ceiling fan and reverse cycle air conditioning make for a very comfortable cottage during both winter and summer months. The cottage has an outside sitting space where you are welcome to relax. Guest access You will have private access to the cottage. Parking provided on the property. Other things to note We are very sorry that can’t allow dog or pet to stay at our cottage.
