At about fifteen kilometers from Evreux and 7 kilometers from Conches en Ouche (every village shops), you will taste the calm of the countryside in a pleasant setting, located at 1h15 from Paris Porte Maillot. The peaceful environment and a warm welcome will make your stay enjoyable. Ideal for couples, families with children or for business travellers. The space Our cottage is located on the edge of a meadow with a nice view on the village of Orvaux. We have completely renovated and furnished it in early 2017. It is now a cozy and warm guest house, as pleasant in summer as in winter. On the ground floor there is a living-dining room, a bedroom with a double bed, a separate toilet and a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, coffee maker, kettle and all kitchen utensil). Upstairs, there is a large bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with a sink, a bath and a toilet. A baby cot, a deck chair, a high chair and a child's bath are available for younger children. The double glazed windows insulate perfectly and if necessary, the electric heaters warm up the house in a very short time. Pets are not allowed. Our cottage is non-smoking and we also ask you not to throw cigarette butts in the park or to smoke near easily flammable places (hay, straw, dry grass ...) Also note that our cottage does not have a TV, nor an internet access. Apart from a supplier, the property is not very well covered at the telephone network level either. This will allow you to properly disconnect during your stay. Only a few kilometers away, you will find all the conveniences of everyday life (gas station, supermarket, bakeries, banks,...) and numerous activities (grate starting point for numerous walks and bikes rides (bikes not supplied by the cottage), municipal swimming pools, tree climbing, educational farms, castles to visit, restaurants) which can occupy pleasantly your stay.
