The space Architect-designed 120 sqm house set over three levels, combining character and modern comfort in a bright and peaceful atmosphere — ideal for holidays with family or friends. Ground floor: Fully equipped kitchen open to a spacious and light-filled living area. Large dining table for 8 with a view of the chapel, perfect for sharing meals after a day at the beach. Utility room with washing machine, dryer and storage space. Separate WC. First floor: One bedroom with a double bed (160x200) and en-suite bathroom. A second bedroom with a double bed (160x200). An additional bathroom with shower and WC. Top floor: Large dormitory with one double bed and two single beds, an ideal space for children or teenagers to relax, play and enjoy their own area. Access via a steep staircase. Outdoor area: Wooden terrace and outdoor shower, perfect after a day at the beach. Self check-in (key box). WiFi available. Non-smoking property. No pets allowed. Guest access Guests have full and private access to the entire property. Marlène will personally welcome you on arrival and show you around the house. A key box is also available for flexible self check-in if needed. Easy parking is available directly in front of the house.
