Smart vacation home for 2 people

The small house, originally built at the end of the 18th century, was completely renovated and converted into a vacation home. The vacation home is available for your exclusive use. It is located in the historic center of Sedini. In the immediate vicinity is the Domus de Janas, a very well-known attraction in Sardinia. In Littigheddu you will find a restaurant with a spectacular panorama over the Anglon coast, about 10 minutes by car. Paragliding is also possible here. The space The house has 2 floors and a small balcony (south side), from which you can enjoy a fantastic view of the valley Valle Silani, especially in the evening. On the first floor there is a room consisting of a living-dining room and the open kitchen, as well as the stairs to the upper floor. The living room is furnished with a couch, a cabinet with TV and the dining table. The kitchen is equipped with a cooking hob and oven (gas powered), a fridge with freezer, a sink, as well as a washing machine. In front of the small staircase there is a wall niche for the vacuum cleaner and a broom. Upstairs is the daylight bathroom with toilet, bidet, shower and a hand basin. The hot water is provided via an electric boiler. The bedroom has a double bed and a wardrobe. Other things to note A one-time cleaning fee of €50 will be charged on site.
