This wonderful, cosy and modern 40m2 flat is located in the area of Madrid Rio, about 30 minutes by transport from the centre (Sol). We are in an area full of restaurants, shops and cafes. - Manzanares River at 250m - Plaza Río shopping centre 750m away - Metro stop Marqués de Vadillo at 15' walking distance to visit the capital city Accommodation is available for short-term stays and requires the signing of a lease agreement. The space The access to the flat is direct from the street. There are steps and stairs to climb once inside. As you can see in the photos, the apartment of 40m2 is small but consists of the following spaces: - a small hall before entering the apartment. - going up a step, you access to a small but cosy living room area with sofa, TV and a small dining table. - the kitchen is open to the living room - 1 bathroom with shower - A bedroom with a double bed of 135cm. - A loft (WITHOUT door and accessible by stairs) with 2 small single beds of 80cm. ***GOOD TO KNOW: This loft is characterised by having a fairly low height of approximately 1,30m. It is a very warm and cozy space, which is ideal for any kind of stay. Guest access Guests have full access to the property. Towels and bed linen are included according to the number of people in the reservation. Limited complimentary soap and toilet paper are included. The kitchen is equipped according to the list of services, please do not hesitate to ask any questions you may have. The property is equipped with air conditioning and heating by means of 2 air conditioner units with heat pump in the living room and the main bedroom. Hot water is provided by an electric water heater of XXX liters: once it has been used up, just wait for the thermos to fill up again. If you arrive by car, the closest parking to the property is: Garaje José in Calle San Delfín Other things to note CHECK-IN Please note that you will access the property using an electronic lock, it requires you to download an app on your smartphone.
