This spacious and modern 2 bedroom suite boasts breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains and rolling hills, creating a tranquil and serene atmosphere for guests to enjoy. The suite is equipped with all the modern amenities, including two bedrooms - both with queen sized beds, full bathroom, kitchenette, lounge area, and outdoor deck area. When you book our guest suite the price is for both rooms (2, 3 or 4 people max). The space You will have exclusive use of the guest suite which is located at one end of our home. You will have your own private entry and off street car parking. Double doors lead directly from the lounge out on to the verandah which is the perfect spot to sit and relax after a day out exploring the Yarra Valley. There are two double bedrooms both with queen sized beds. All linen is provided. Your bathroom has double sinks, full sized bathtub and separate shower. We also have a kitchenette with all the extras if you want to prepare your own meals. The lounge area and both bedrooms are kept comfortable all year round with split system heating and cooling. If you are attending a wedding nearby we are only 1.5 kms from Coombe, 2.8 kms from The Vines/Helen's Hill Estate, 7.2 kms from Stones and 12.3 kms from Rochford. And for a great place for lunch or dinner the Coldstream Brewery is only 1 km away - just a 10min walk. We have 3 major golf clubs nearby and endless amounts of wineries and eateries to visit. Yarra Glen is approx 5mins drive and Healesville about 15 mins. And for those needing some retail therapy we are only 30 mins from Eastland (a major shopping centre). Guest access You have direct access from the lounge room to your own deck and garden area - a fantastic spot to gaze over the mountains or watch the hot air balloons (if you are an early riser). There are three small steps onto the deck and from there you can enter the front door with a coded keypad - so no keys required. Laundry facilities are available upon request. We offer free wifi and off street car parking. There are two outdoor areas for you to relax in, one is the verandah and one is a grassed area. Other things to note We live on site, however you will have total privacy along with your own access. There are no shared areas. If you need us for anything we are only a phone call away.
