The space *This property can be rented monthly in the off season (Sept-April) - please submit an inquiry. - Please note - Monthly discounts are not available during the summer season (Memorial Day through Labor Day). *All guests must be 25 years old, except for children with parents. **DEL 302 Management standard: -Linens and towels are included -Starter amounts of toilet paper for each bathroom, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent/pods, hand soap at each sink, and dish soap at the kitchen sink. Also, supply shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the bathrooms. -Guests are responsible for providing anything they need beyond the starter amounts provided. 2.3 miles from Bethany Beach, Ocean View Beach Club is a quiet, family friendly resort-style community with an abundance of amenities including an outdoor pool with a sundeck, kiddie pool, multipurpose sports court and bocce ball, a 9,000 sq ft. clubhouse with a lounge, billiards, fitness center, spa, banquet area, yoga and spin rooms, community parks, gardens and so much more! ** Pool Open for 2025 Season - May 23rd ** Pool Closing for 2025 Season - Sept 1st (Pool is open for residents only after Sept 1st per HOA rules) *After Labor Day: • There are no pool attendants and no beach shuttle. ** PLEASE NOTE - Everyone age 6 and over must buy and wear a renter wristband when using any of the OVBC amenities including the Clubhouse, fitness center, pool, game rooms, sauna and steam rooms, sports courts, and beach shuttle. -Community Beach Shuttle available with wristband purchase (summer season only) * Guests must buy their own wristbands for all Community Amenities at the Clubhouse *Renter wristbands can be purchased in person from a Clubhouse Attendant via credit card for $38 per person per week. *Please note- Clubhouse attendees are only there 9am-5pm everyday until Labor Day. If you arrive after 5pm, you will have to wait until the next day to purchase wristbands. **The indoor pool is not available to guest renters, per the HOA rules. **Update - Renter wristbands are now required year-round. While the outdoor pool is open, the weekly per-person fee is $38/week. **Renter wristbands are reduced to $10/week in the off-season, from Labor Day to Memorial Day 2026. - The weekly per-person charge provides access to the clubhouse, fitness center, and sports court. Unwind in the owner’s suite with a walk-in closet and a private bathroom equipped with a dual vanity and standing shower. Upstairs, you’ll find a large loft area, two additional bedrooms and another full bathroom, offering room for the entire family and then some! The No Play Zone is open to all ages. It’s about calm use in the pool versus active play, which is allowed in the other half of the pool. We opened up the pool rules this year to allow soft Nerf balls (at the Attendants discretion) to appeal to people who want active play. The No Play Zone is in effect 9-11a and 4-5p for people who want to enjoy a quieter area of the pool. Please remember we have over 400 households in our community and everyone has different needs for the amenities. Other things to note *Please note - there will be an extra cleaning fee if your stay is 14 days or longer. * Linens (sheets, pillowcases, summer quilts, and towels) are provided. *We supply starter amounts of toilet paper for each bathroom, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent/pods, hand soap at each sink, and dish soap at the kitchen sink -Guests are responsible for providing anything they need beyond the starter amounts provided. *As of July 1, 2022, retailers in the State of Delaware no longer provide a plastic carryout bags made from film at checkout. Instead, they now provide customers access to a reusable bag for purchases, or you may bring your own.
