Charming cottage, in the colors of the Indian Ocean, Reunion Island and Saint-André, private and ethical. Nestled in a nature bubble between sea and mountain, it is located in a quiet residential area (200 m above sea level) both secluded and close to the city center (5 min by car), 20 min from the airport and close to all hiking sites in the east and north of the island. Imagined and designed for anyone who wants to make a real ethical and comfortable stop in a natural atmosphere. The space This wooden chalet is carefully decorated, independent and fully equipped. It is located by the pool, at the back of the main house, in a green, quiet and relaxing environment, with unspoiled privacy. Ideal for a romantic getaway on the East Coast, all in authenticity, change of scenery and shades of color. ☆ It is composed of: - A 16m2 bedroom with wood flooring and bedding in 160, equipped with a brewer, a VMC, as well as TV (connected) by cable. This one is carefully decorated, with Indian tones, and fully furnished (wardrobe, dresser, desk). With its ensuite bathroom, with a spacious Italian shower, in a natural atmosphere (stone & wood). - A beautiful 20 m2 veranda arranged for your well-being, with fully equipped kitchen, dining area, living room and hammock. With its separate toilet. ☆ You have: - Wifi (High Speed) all over the site. - Big grating terrace, with deckchairs. - 4x8 salt swimming pool, heated to 26° minimum (winter). - Outdoor shower with hot water. - Hot tub access (€10 supplement) from 4pm to 8pm on request, with hydromassage jets, chromatherapy & essential oils. - Washing machine access (supplement €10) on request, with laundry detergent provided. - Ironing board and iron. - Hairdryer. - BBQ provided upon request. -Board games (cards and scrabble) provided upon request. - Documentation about the island and its hikes. 🌺 This cottage is an outbuilding of the main house originally intended to accommodate friends and family. It also welcomes all those who want to stay there and prefer this formula of authentic and privileged living in a local's home (real traditional and ethical Airbnb), as well as living outdoors, in contact with nature. Everything is made to feel at home, with ease. You are asked to take great care of it and be cautious, as you would at home or in your friends' home. 🌺 No cleaning fee being charged to you, so you're also asked to leave the space clean when you left, in other words, in the same way as you found it when you arrived. Except for stays of more than 2 weeks, where cleaning will be systematically charged on site upon your departure (€50). However, you may also be charged for shorter stays if you don't leave the space clean when you check out. 🌺 Living on site myself, I share this place with you and also rely on your authenticity, like La Laurma. 🌺 This living environment is bound to evolve and improve over time, I am happy to share it with you and follow its evolution because it is also thanks to you that it becomes what it is. Important 🌺 accuracy: Check-in and check-out times can be more or less flexible depending on my availability. You are therefore asked to communicate clearly about this, and to anticipate sufficiently in advance (24 to 48 hours) your wishes with me for an optimal organization of everyone.
