It’s a nice studio, the walls are chocolate, the bed is already done for you (bed = 200 x 120 cm). Remember it's a student house, so you must be a student, or PhD'er, or assistant at university, or university teacher, but you must be connected with the academic world. You will like it or leave it, it's easy. And it's only available until the 01st of September, no more.
