The modern apartment Bellevue is located in the downtown of Poreč, 400 meters from Porec City Beach, and just a few meters from the sea. From big windows, one has a fantastic view of the sea coast, the marina, and the islands St. Nikola. The space The modern apartment Bellevue is located in the downtown of Poreč, 400 meters from Porec City Beach, and just a few meters from the sea. From big windows, one has a fantastic view of the sea coast, the marina, and the islands. The apartment has three spacious bedrooms, two with double bed and one with two single beds. The Master bedroom has a TV. The kitchen is big, modern and fully equipped. The living room is spacious overlooking the marina and the island. The kitchen, dining room and living room are combined in one large spacious room. The apartment has many French-style-windows, with external shutters, so it can be filled with light. The daily price includes Wi-Fi, air-condition, secured parking, towels, baby cot (up to 2 years), final cleaning and registration. Nearby the apartment are plenty of restaurants, cafes, clubs, taxi boats, tourist boats and attractions. There is also a tourist train that goes along the beaches. Our concern is to make guests feel comfortable in our apartment. We are very hospitable host. We are available to our guests for any information. Welcome! :) Other things to note If you are traveling by car, you will receive a parking card to enter and exit the parking lot. Apartment Bellevue can be reached by car by road/street (Obala maršala Tita) along the coast. At the end of the road there is a roundabout. Near the roundabout is a delivery point that can be used for unloading passengers and luggage. After unloading the passengers and luggage, the driver and the host go to the parking by car. Guest follows host to the parking with his own car. From parking guest will return to the apartment on foot (10min).
