Welcoming guests from all nationalities, faiths and backgrounds, sadly no pets in the cottage. Children welcome with books/games/ toys adapted to age. The space Number 12 is an attractive cottage in the middle of a crescent of terraced cottages which overlook a green and a church with the river Kent and Gooseholme green beyond. Parking is outside the house but train and bus main stations are minutes walking distance. The town is accessed over an historic bridge with all Kendal has to offer a 5 minute walk away. The nearby Riverside Hotel offers gym and swimming/sauna/steam room facilities to non guests. Walks to Kendal Castle and the canal path are instant access and there is a dry ski slope and putting green in immediate area. Number 12 offers an attractive family space on 3 floors with ground floor enabling family focus time with its open layout. Guest access Guests use the whole cottage with two bedrooms, one with double bed and one with twin beds. The shower room is on the first floor adjacent to master bedroom. There is an open plan lounge/dining area and separate kitchen area.
