My Place is 2.5 KM from the city and situated 7 km from kodanadu. House is surrounded by Tea estate and mountain. Good Place to take rest and enjoy the nature. . U can have spectacular view from house . Though house situated on the main road , its always pin drop silence. We never entertain un married couples and friends group … The space As the Property is situated near the mountain and within tea estate, such quite place to inhale fresh air . Natural lovers shoud visit once to sea the panoramic view from the house. One main request, avoid check in after 7 pm... As the hill station there won't be anyone to help or guide... Guest access Guest can access the entire ground floor, car parking area and the lawn.Guest can use terrace to have clear breath and to have dinner …. Other things to note Cooking not permitted inside the house except some essential. Regarding food, care taker will prepare and groceries you have to purchase. Cooking charges 400 per meal for 6 persons and to be paid separate. No more extra charges to be paid than 1200 for 3 meals per day including gas charges. For campfire please inform us well in advance and 1000 will be charged . For BBQ preparation charges 100 per hour .. No room heater or Induction stove permitted to use inside the house.
