Or there will be a penalty of 50,000JPY. ● No shoes inside the apartment (slippers are provided) ● No pets allowed. ● Paid parking nearby. ● Don’t put the garbage (rubbish) outside the apartment. Will charge 15,000JPY as a penalty. ● Don't trash suit case, electronic products in the trash room. In Japan, a fee applies upon disposal of these products. If you need to trash these kinds of products, please contact host and pay respective fee. ● If the room is too messy (such as unwashed kitchen appliances, plates, bowls, cutlery etc.), extra cleaning fee will be charged. ● Please pack and classify the rubbish (combustible, non-combustible / plastic), PET, can, glass ● Please do not use the blankets and pillows in the sealed bag in the closet.
