Please send a copy of your any Government Issued ID and Vaccination Record/Card thru airbnb platform to facilitate an easy check-in process for you. 2.) Our Check-in time is 2pm but if you can`t make it, please inform us your estimated time of arrival for us to give you self check in instructions. 3.) Cleaning fee applies before your check-in, we are not accepting cleaning service as we give privacy to our guest and for security reasons. 4.) One time set-up for toiletries, linens and towels according to number of confirmed guests. 5.) Please bring your trash at the garbage room. 6.) We ask for your cooperation to please do your share in saving the environment by turning off the lights and A/C when you leave the unit. 7.) It would be much appreciated if you maintain our place clean and in good condition. 8.) IMPORTANT: Please provide your Government Issued ID thru email or airbnb platform 1 day prior to your arrival or booking date, for us to prepare and process your authorization letter at the admin Office, especially for those guests who are checking in during Sunday, the admin office is not accepting any request for visitors pass every Sunday.
