Door codes will only be generated after receiving the IDs and vaccination cards. All guests are advice to park at the parking space which is located at the back of the building. You can always seek assistance from the guard on duty. Kindly make arrangements with us with regards for your parking space to avoid extra charges. Administrators charge up to Php2,000 for parking on non designated areas such as L2 Driveway and in front of the building. A lost pass fine of Php2,000 applies to all passes. We are reminding you this information as we value your experience during your stay with us. Other things to note Your safety is paramount for us . There are 24 x 7 security guards at the condo premises and CCTV cameras placed in public areas only. Rest assured that you are safe and secure throughout your stay. Our place is also properly cleaned and sanitized. You can put your mind at ease once you check in. Unit is a Non Smoking room which includes E-Cigarettes and Shisha. Non compliance will result to additional Cleaning Fee. Please check with us for the possibility of early arrivals or late check out. We unfortunately can’t accommodate storing of luggage like hotel does. Summer Pines Residences is a Condominium type space and unfortunately has no storage area for luggages.
