A place where silence is a precious asset. Silence the true one. In this green corner, between earth and sky, time seems to have stopped. It was therefore an obvious choice to name the apartment ‘Enjoy the Silence’. This village has lived in isolation for centuries, until 1950 when the S.P.18 panoramic road has been opened. From the edge of Margone’s cliff you can enjoy a breathtaking view of Trentino, from the shining Garda Lake to the mountains of the Adige Valley, including the Dolomites. The space The apartment is located on the first floor of a typical stone house and is fully at guests’ disposal. In all there are 6 BEDS, WITH THE POSSIBILITY OF ADDING A CRADLE. On the ground floor you can deposit bikes and luggage. Renovated in the 2017, it presents a completely redecorated bathroom, whilst the kitchen and the bedrooms have been renovated without altering their historical features. Ideal for those looking for tranquillity and genuine contact with nature. The heat from the wood burning stove and a good book will be your companions after your days spent in the open air. Please note: The apartment is available from April to October as the NIGHT ZONE DOES NOT PRESENT CENTRAL HEATING, a liquid fuel stove is then supplied in the colder months. Other things to note The small village of Margone, known as the “balcony over the Valley of the Lakes”, is located about 1,000 meters above sea level on Gazza Mountain. This is the highest and least populous village in the municipality of the Vallelaghi. The village is 7 km from Vezzano and 20 from Trento. In winter Margone has got 50 residents, while in summer many more come. IN THE COUNTRY THERE ARE NO TYPE OF STORE, BARS OR RESTAURANTS. In the apartment you will find the bare essentials: coffee, sugar, salt, oil, vinegar. I therefore invite you to DO THE EXPENDITURE, for example in the village of Vezzano, before going up. Our water is very good: drink it! NB: AS IN ALL THE TRENTINO ALSO THIS IS AN AREA OF PASSAGE FOR THE BEARS, SO BE CAREFUL! I advise you to read the rules for a good cohabitation with the bear that you find in the apartment. However also other animals are at home: foxes, roe deer, deer, chamois, hares ...
