In Pont-Réan, studio of 19 m2 on the ground floor adjoining our house with an independent entrance. Parking spaces in the courtyard, our daughter also parked her small car, and garden. Separate bedroom, 140 X 190 cm bed, dressing room. Kitchen equipped with a kitchenette with sink, ceramic hobs, microwave, fridge, Senseo coffee maker, kettle and TV. Bathroom with sink and shower. Separate toilet. Wi-Fi. Unsuitable for guests with disabilities. The space The studio has a separate bedroom, a bathroom with shower, separate toilet, and a fitted and equipped kitchenette. Guest access Cycling friends, you are not allowed to bring your bikes into the studio, park them in the courtyard. Other things to note We do not charge for cleaning, however the studio must be returned in the same clean condition as you found it: - linens must be removed - the garbage cans must be emptied into the bins provided next to the house. - the ashtray must be emptied and washed. - dishes need to be washed and put away. - shower, sink and toilet cleaned. - the radiators must be turned off on your departure and during the day if you are not present. - the vacuum cleaner must be used. In case of non-compliance with the instructions, a cleaning fee of 15 euro will be charged.
