The bonus casita by the pool is a space to unwind with games/TV and a calming view of trees, pool and sky; another full bath is here as well. Guests will have access to the full house. There is a carport for one car and a large circular driveway. There is a fire column by the outdoor seating area. The local property manager will be available to you during your stay. This home is used regularly by the owners and is available to rent to responsible guests for a super fun but also peaceful, relaxing and safe vacation. Parties are not allowed (maximum 10 person daytime and 6 overnight guests per the City of Palm Springs). Smoking, outdoor music and fragrant vaping are not permitted. City noise ordinance are strictly enforced, and fines to guests and evictions are common. Optional pool heating fee is $60/night (recommended mid September through mid May) Stays over 28 nights are not subject to the 11.5% transient occupancy tax and 1% Business Improvement tax.
