Charming Longere seaside

Charming Longère located 5 minutes walk from a beautiful beach "Kerguelen", 50 meters from an equestrian center and 10 minutes walk from a nautical center. Larmor-Plage is a seaside resort composed of several beaches, located 5 minutes by car from the city of Lorient (Interceltic Festival in August), 10 minutes from an airport, it offers all the advantages of a place of holiday by the sea. Longere renovated in 2014 by an architectural firm. It is a residence of 123 m² (143 m² on the ground) that we would be happy to share with you the time of a stay. Our house is pleasant, bright. It consists of a large living / dining room (41m²), a semi-open kitchen, a bedroom (11m²), a separate WC and a storeroom on the ground floor. Upstairs two bedrooms (17 m²) with sea view, a child's room (10 m²) and a bathroom (5 m²) with bath and walk-in shower, a separate toilet. We have a south facing fenced garden with a beach shower (with hot water) and a terrace to the east where it is very pleasant to have meals. Possibility of 8 beds (4 rooms): Three double beds and two single beds. The house is equipped with a TV, internet and a fully equipped kitchen. At your disposal a garden furniture and a barbecue.
