Achbeg Farm Cottage

Achbeg Farm Cottage in the small highland village of Achmore on the west coast of Scotland. The perfect base for exploring some of the most beautiful scenery in Scotland with it being minutes away from some of the most popular locations in Skye and Lochalsh, and perfectly situated along the renowned NC500 route. The space Achbeg is a traditional stone cottage which has been fully refurbished throughout. It has two double rooms upstairs and a larger double room downstairs, along with a bathroom and shower. The main living area is cosy with TV and log burning stove. Through to the extension you will find a modern fully equipped kitchen with dining area, as well as a second bathroom with an easy access shower area. To the front you will find a nice decked area leading onto a large secluded garden. NB: We provide a starting amount of fire wood and kindling for the wood burning stove. Thereafter wood is available to purchase from the local grocery shops, Balmacara SPAR, IV40 8DH or Kyle of Lochalsh Coop, IV40 8BH and also the petrol station in Kyle of Lochalsh. Other things to note The local shop is a 10 minute drive to Balmacara SPAR, IV40 8DH, and the main grocery store along with all other essential shops is a 15 minute drive to Kyle of Lochalsh, IV40 8BH.
