Comfortable, large house on a 1/4 acre bush block. Three bedrooms, each with a Queen or double sized bed. Second bedroom has a floor mattress to accommodate two more guests. Office for working from home. Newly renovated bathroom and laundry/mudroom with walk in shower, heated towel rail and mood lighting. Five minutes drive to Tathra Beach. Fifteen minutes drive to Merimbula and Bega. 40 minutes drive to Bermagui. Fire pit down the back and a wood fire and barbecue on the deck. The space Large, open backyard suitable for a game of cricket or relaxing by the fire pit, toasting marshmallows. Dine on the deck with the warmth of the slow combustion wood fire. Guest access The garage and one small bedroom will be locked but you will have access to all other areas. Other things to note We do have wood pellet heater inside but as instructions are a bit complicated, guests are encouraged to use the reverse cycle air conditioners in both the kitchen and lounge rooms instead. If your furry friend comes along, please note that our yard is NOT fenced. We do have a doggy door but you will need to monitor your pet’s movements. Registration Details PID-STRA-35920
