Cosy Upper Lough Erne retreat- near Enniskillen

This beautiful holiday home, just 15 minutes from Enniskillen is situated 1 mile from Upper Lough Erne and 1.5 miles from Derrylin village. The property is close to all of the wonderful attractions that Fermanagh has to offer including, Cuilcagh mountain, Marble Arch caves, 3 Castles, Lough Erne Golf Resort etc.. The house is situated on our farm, with stunning country views all around. You can also enjoy the cows and sheep. The house is very cosy, modern and welcoming, a real home from home. The space The barn has an old, unusual exterior, but has a substantial, modern, welcoming interior. It has a kitchen, living room/dining area, 2 good sized bed rooms and 2 shower rooms. The living room has a wood burning stove and sticks can be provided from our farm. The barn has a very cosy, welcoming feel - a real home from home!! Guest access Guests can access free access to Knockninny Hill for hill walking, bird watching or just viewing the herd of wild goat and deer which live there. Guests have free parking with space for at least 3 cars. Guests have use of the entire property so maximum privacy is achieved. Other things to note At present I can only take essential bookings e.g essential workers, vulnerable people etc due to covid 19. I apologise for this inconvenience. The barn is fully child friendly and a cot, high chair and plastic kitchen wear is available. The barn is situated on one of our farms so cows, calves, sheep and lambs are on site most of the year. If you come in March or April you can help with the lambing and maybe even bottle feed a lamb!!
