Comfortable room near the highway to El Salvador

Our room is comfortable and cozy, has a private bathroom and is located inside the Guest House, with shared common areas within a condominium surrounded by nature and tranquility in San José Pinula (about 45 minutes from the city). The neighborhood where we are located is one of the safest and quietest in Pinula. You can find restaurants, supermarkets, golf courses, gas stations, shopping malls, ecological parks, etc. a couple of kilometers away. The space The room with a full private bathroom inside the room has everything you need to make your stay comfortable and pleasant. It is located on the second level of the accommodation. Ideal for short or long stays :) The room has: - A double bed - Desk and chair - Closet -Wi-Fi - Set of sheets - Pillows and cushions - Extra thermal blanket - Rug - Shower with hot water all day - Shampoo and conditioner - Hair dryer -Bath gel -Toilet paper - Hand soap - Body and hand towels Guests also have access to the following shared areas: - A full kitchen (gas, all kitchen utensils, refrigerator and other white goods at your disposal). - A dining room. - A living room - Patio - Full bathroom. - Parking (at the house or in the condominium's visitor parking lot). - A full laundry room with a washer and dryer (one wash per week is allowed when your stay exceeds four nights). Extra use of laundry costs $5 each. - Large green areas and a park inside the condominium. - A shopping plaza with two stores, a tortilla shop, a bookstore, and a restaurant with Mexican and Chinese food. Guest access You can access the accommodation from different parts of the country, including: Highway to El Salvador, Highway to the Atlantic if you come from the north or east of the country (Honduras, El Salvador, Chiquimula, Mazatenango, Zacapa, Jutiapa, Alta Verapaz, etc.). From the city, the accommodation is located approximately 20 minutes away All entrances are paved and easily accessible by vehicle, public transport, Uber, taxi, tuk-tuk, etc. Parking is shared and there are two options depending on availability: at the accommodation (opposite) or in the visitor parking lot located within the condominium in a secure space. When booking, I will gladly share with you via WhatsApp the exact location and details necessary to enter the condominium (vehicle details, identity document) and the access code to the accommodation will also be shared with you. And of course all the details to make your arrival as comfortable and quick as possible. During your stay I love being in touch with my guests. Rest assured that I will be just a call or WhatsApp message away to help you with anything you need before and during your stay :) Other things to note When the stay exceeds 4 nights, you are entitled to one laundry access (per week). Each additional use costs $6 (includes liquid soap, fabric softener, washing and drying of clothes).
