Wake up in charming, sun-drenched, well equipped, renovated Dalmatian stone house (30m2) with a sea view, situated in the heart of old town in a peaceful neighborhood Varos in the center, close to all restaurants and shops, 5 minutes walk from the Diocletian palace, 2 minutes from the Marjan hill and Vidilica (panoramic view of Split). If you are nature lover, you can walk on the hills and watch the views, visit some of the best beaches in town. Parking is public (cant be reserved)! No lift! The space Apartment with sea view contains a bedroom for two, comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen, bathroom, tv, air conditioner, free wifi... The kitchen is equipped with dining area, stove, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, cutter, water kettle, microwave, refrigerator and kitchen utensils. The apartment has a private bathroom with shower, hair dryer, towels, shampoo. Parking is public (streets around the house). Apartment dont have garden/balcony. View is from the window. (kitchen and bedroom) Not suitable to people with a physical disability and older people since there are stairs in the apartment and on the street. Otherwise that wont be a problem. Also there is a way to skip street stairs going the other way (ask me if you need this info). Apartment is on the 1st floor (see photos of the apartment). Guest access The guests have access to: exterior lightning, city and sea view, free WiFi, air conditioning, LCD TV, living room, kitchen, stove, coffee maker, water kettle, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, blender, cutter, kitchen utensils, dining table, sitting area, trash cans, wardrobe/closet, hangers, bed linen provided, towels provided, private bathroom, shower, toilet, hair dryer, shampoo, fire extinguisher, first aid kit, extra mattress for kids/adult.
