A king bedroom upstairs and a separate twin bedroom on the ground floor make it ideal for families and friends. Guests love the big open-plan living space and the well-stocked kitchen. The space Manor Farm Barn sits beside our farmhouse in the quiet hamlet of East Dundry, with its own private entrances. Upstairs (reached by an outside staircase) - Bedroom 1: king-size bed - Open-plan living and dining room with sofa, TV, books and board games - Kitchen with oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave and everything you need to cook for four - Bathroom with a shower over the bath; towels, toiletries and a hairdryer provided - Oak balcony with table and chairs, overlooking the valley Ground floor - Bedroom 2: two single beds, with its own door from the garden. The bathroom, kitchen and living space are upstairs, reached by the outside staircase. Children's tableware is available. Fast Wi-Fi, and a dining table that doubles as a workspace. We live next door and are always happy to help. Guest access Self check-in from 14:00 with a key lockbox, available 24/7. Checkout is by 11:00. Parking for up to three cars on our shared driveway. The garden is shared with our family, and there's plenty of room for children to play. Other things to note - Please arrive via East Dundry Lane. Whitchurch Lane / East Dundry Road has a poor surface. - Please note: our private swimming pool and pond are in a separate area of the garden, through a gate that isn't always locked. They are not available to guests. Please don't go beyond the gate, and keep children supervised in the garden at all times. - Well-behaved dogs are welcome (up to 2) for a small fee. - Planning a longer stay?
