Quiet cheerful new room 3* cottage near Étretat

Quality cottage, recently installed, very well insulated for the winter, which opens through a large glass door onto a wooded and flowery garden. The 3-star certification is awarded to the accommodation in July 2021. The cottage, very quiet, in the countryside offers all amenities with an equipped kitchen, for 2 or 3 maximum. A brand new bedroom (in addition) is warm. The terrace is organized around a garden table, armchairs, sun loungers and a new Weber barbecue The space You are staying in an authentic 19th century (1863) half-timbered Norman farmhouse, with a separate entrance from the rest of the house. The glass door of your accommodation overlooks the wooded garden and your terrace is separated from the rest by shrubs. It is a cottage located at the end of the farmhouse but totally independent. This is not a studio. The location is quiet, very few cars take the road. The accommodation is furnished with a very good quality sofa bed in the main room, a brand new bedroom with a large new bed and a bathroom. The main room has a decoration based on black and white. If you need anything, please don't hesitate to ask. The cottage has all the cleaning products but we can help you with any other need. If you are staying for one night only it would be nice to bring linens, bath towels and tea towels. Everything is provided from 2 nights. Also, if you don't want to do the cleaning, I can take care of it for 30 euro. I accept small dogs or cats if they accompany their owners on all their outings. The cottage is non-smoking, you can smoke right at the door on the terrace. Guest access Access is through the entrance gate. Do not hesitate to enter the garden to park your vehicle in front of the cottage or to the side, at your convenience. The accommodation has a terrace with table, garden chairs and barbecue.
